The article discusses the memoirs of Moses Vasertsug (c. 1760–1832) – an extremely interesting historical source, brilliantly demonstrating processes and phenomena in Jewish kultur at the turn of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. The annual European Organic Awards reward European actors who greatly contribute to developing and inspiring the organic value chain. Aimed to reward European organic excellence, the EU organic awards scheme comprises 7 categories and 8 awards:
